This fast-paced, practical webinar will include:
- An overview of the new PWFA, with input from the EEOC;
- A discussion of how the PWFA interacts with other federal laws such as the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the ADA and the FMLA;
- A discussion of the recently-enacted PUMP act; and
- An overview of relevant state laws on these issues.
This webinar will be moderated by David Fram, NELI's ADA Training Director, with substantive presentations by Ellen McLaughlin and Tracy Billows both with Seyfarth, Jeff Nowak with Littler, Mr. Fram, and EEOC Legal Counsel Carol Miaskoff.
