The National Employment Law Institute is a non-profit continuing education organization that conducts employment law seminars, teleconferences and webinars as a means of providing continuing legal education (CLE) for employment and labor attorneys and continuing professional education (CPE/CEU/PDC) and HR recertification (through HRCI and SHRM) for human resource and other professionals in the field. We also offer related services, including in-house ADA training and consulting and testifying ADA expert witness services, all of which meet the needs of the employment law and human resource professions representing business, industry, government, labor and other publicly and privately formed organizations. NELI also publishes employment law- and human resource-related publications, including reference and resource manuals, all available on downloadable PDF or in print.

We are grateful for the involvement of our Advisory Board and Faculty Members, comprised of experts in labor and employment law and human resource issues, who offer guidance on program content and speak regularly in our programs.

NELI has developed a loyal following of human resource professionals, equal employment and affirmative action managers, practicing employment attorneys, both with law firms and who serve as in-house counsel, labor leaders and other business professionals. Thousands of private sector businesses are regularly represented at our programs, as are many universities and other higher education institutions, and government officials from nearly every state, many cities, counties and special districts, and virtually every department of the Federal Government.
