In 2013, we are again offering a half-day "add-on" session to our ADA Workshop. This afternoon workshop will cover recent developments in Washington State on both disability and family and medical leave laws. We will focus on recent court cases as well as the latest legislative actions on these issues, developments regarding medical marijuana and the Seattle paid sick leave proposal. We will also discuss the interplay between the ADA, FMLA and Washington laws, and practical considerations for human resources personnel and counsel when dealing with these topics. Further information is available by contacting NELI. This half-day Workshop will provide between 2.75-3.3 CLE / HRCI / CEU credit hours, depending upon the jurisdiction.
