In 2013, we are again offering a half-day "add-on" session to our ADA Workshop. This afternoon session will cover recent developments in employment-disability law under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). Among other topics, this session will focus on how FEHA has been applied by the courts to such issues as "disability," "qualified," "reasonable accommodation," and restrictions on medical examinations and inquiries, and how the statute's interpretation differs from how similar provisions of the ADA are construed. Further information is available by contacting NELI. This half-day Workshop will provide between 2.75-3.3 CLE / HRCI / CEU credit hours, depending upon the jurisdiction.
