In 2010, we are again offering an optional, half-day "add-on" session to our ADA Workshop. Please note this is available for ADA Workshop registrants only. This afternoon Workshop will cover the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) employment provisions concerning disability. Among other things, this session will focus on how FEHA, as amended in 2001, has been interpreted by the California courts, and will include a discussion of how FEHA differs from the ADA in the areas of "disability," "qualified," "reasonable accommodation," and restrictions on medical examinations and inquiries. Further information is available by contacting NELI. This half-day Workshop will provide between 2.75-3.3 CLE/CEU credit hours, depending upon the jurisdiction.Registration Fee: $275.00
